How Our Media Transcription Service Works

Record your Media Audio Files

Record your audio dictation files via our OutSec app (available for iOS, & Android) and send the files securely to us. Alternatively, if you use a digital dictaphone, you can upload these via our FileManager workflow system. You will receive a notification that the file has been uploaded and sent for transcription. OutSec Media can also accept files from Bighand, Dictamen, ODMS & Speechwrite and many others.

Transcription is undertaken by an OutSec Media transcriptionist

Your file will be allocated to one of our designated OutSec Media transcriptionists or who will type, edit and format your documents as per your instructions.

Receive your Media Transcripts

Once the file has been completed by your Media transcriptionist, you will receive a notification that your file is ready for collection from your client account on our FileManager workflow system.
