How Our Media Transcription Service Works

Record your Media Audio Files

Record your audio dictation files via our OutSec app (available for iOS, iPadOS & Android) and send the files securely to us. Alternatively, if you use a digital dictaphone, you can upload these via our secure website. You will receive a notification that the file has been uploaded and sent for transcription. OutSec Media can also accept files from Bighand, Dictamen, ODMS & Speechwrite and many others.

Transcription is undertaken by OutSec Media typists or OutSec Media secretaries

Your file will be allocated to one of two designated OutSec Media Transcriptionists or OutSec Media Secretaries who will type, edit and format your legal documents as per your instructions on the audio dictation files. OutSec Media typists can type directly into case management systems such as Actionstep, Ochresoft, Intelliworks and many more.

Receive your Media Transcripts

Once the file has been completed by your Media transcriptionist or Media secretary, you will receive a notification that your file is ready for collection. You can collect this from the app securely or download the file from our secure website.
